Ranking as the youngest contestant at this year's 68th Eurovision Song Contest, Silia Kapsis, a 17-year-old Australian of Greek Cypriot descent will represent Greek Cyprus with her song 'Liar'. The Sydney-born and raised talent takes after her Cypriot singer father Giorgos Kapsis and her Greek lawyer mother Despina "Rebecca" Saivanidis, a former dancer from Thessaloniki.

She rose to fame internationally due to her participation in American Idol (2023) where she finished 12th overall.
