After gaining success on multiple battlefields, Turkiye's top defence exporter announced it has started construction on a UAV factory near Kiev, where it will manufacture either its famed TB2 or TB3 drone models. The company's chief executive says 'nothing' could stop them, as they plan to finish construction in about a year and employ around 500 people.

Iran-backed Houthi rebels attacked the Rubymar in the Gulf of Aden, causing damage. US CENTCOM stated that Houthis targeted the vessel and a missile strike led to the crew's evacuation. The ship leaked oil and created an 18-mile oil slick, posing an environmental threat. Its crew issued a distress call and then abandoned the ship. 24 crew members on board, 11 Syrians, 6 Egyptians, 3 Indians, and 4 Filipinos have since flown home.
