Syria’s state TV is reporting an Israeli strike has hit a residential area in the capital Damascus. At least two people were reportedly killed in the Kafr Sousa neighborhood. The strike damaged the fourth floor of a ten-story building and dozens of cars. Israel has launched hundreds of air strikes in Syria, mainly targeting security and military facilities.

Two Himars missiles launched by Ukraine have reportedly killed at least 60 Russian soldiers. The missiles reportedly struck a Russian military training ground in Donetsk Oblast's Volnovakha district.
