The French Senate adopted a resolution "to condemn the so-called military aggression in Karabakh" calling for sanctions against Azerbaijan "to prevent further attempts of aggression against the Republic of Armenia". French senator Nathalie Goulet stands out as the only senator who voted against the resolution, countering it by referring to the history of Armenian occupation in the region. She criticizes the Armenian diaspora in France for engaging in a "toxic and highly dangerous game."

They launched a drone strike on a US-owned vessel in the Gulf of Aden. The US response were launched from the Red Sea, hitting more than a dozen sites around Hodeidah, Taiz, Dhamar, al Bayda and Saada.
